Women’s Football : Meet FC Savannah Ladies Goals Machine, Abdulai Karima.
Only few will come to terms that FC Savannah Ladies goal machine Abdulai Karima has 41 official goals in 21 matches this season.
The former Dahinsheli Ladies forward was the talk of town when she ended the Northern Regional Division One League as joint top scorer with 23 goals in 17 games.
As if that was not all, she wawed the football fraternity once again by finding the back of the net 14 times in just four games in the Women Zonal Championship at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.
She has attracted interest from many topflight clubs in Ghana, had it not been because of her willingness to fire FC Savannah Ladies to the Premiership, she will have been a Premier Player long before now.

This is her second time of playing in the Middle League, in the 2015/2016 season, she was part of the Dahinsheli Ladies team that lost 3-2 to Kumasi Sports Academy in Bolgatanga.
Her performance this season has seen FC Savannah Ladies gained promotion to the Women’s Premier League. The forward has always lived up to expectations and has never disappoint her loyal fans and club whenever they need her the most.
She is a natural scorer, tall, a dribbler, good runner, good in winning aerial balls and very energetic, which has made her a nightmare for opposition defenders and a worry for coaches to handle with their tactics.
It won’t be a surprise to see her in the next “National Team Call Ups”.
