WOMEN’S FOOTBALL : BAGABAGA LADIES APPOINT MR MUSTAPHA ABDUL-RAZAK AS THE DEPUTY CEO OF THE CLUB .
Tamale based women’s division one club, Bagabaga Ladies FC has appointed Mr Mustapha Abdul Razak as the deputy CEO of the club. Mr Razak is a football person with great passion for the game and has also got the requisite knowledge to form part of management team of any club.
The new deputy CEO is expected to partner with the current CEO, Mr Mohammed Andani Awee who is also the deputy chaiman of the Women’s Clubs Association, Northern Region to run the affairs of Bagabaga ladies Fc.
The appointment of Mr Razak as deputy CEO was confirmed in a joint meeting with the club board and management on Saturday, 29th May, 2021 in Sagnarigu, a saburb of Tamale.
The chief patron of the club, Alhaji Z.M. Olumba and the club’s chairman, Mr Ziblim Abukari welcomed the new CEO and assured him of their support in his duties as deputy CEO.
The new deputy CEO, Mr Razak is a business man who owns iPhones Shop in Tamale, and also a teacher by profession. He is a graduate from the Sunyani Technical University. He worked with MTN Ghana and Aitel Ghana for Three years.
The Women’s Regional Division One League is expected to commence in June, 2021. Bagabaga ladies Fc is one of the favorites to win the Regional league and proceed to the middle league that will see the fight for the sole slot in the Northern Zone of the Ghana Women’s Premier League.
