Though he was played out of his favorite position (CB) he still flourished in the match. The young chap was used as a right back instead of his usual center back role. However, it was not surprising as he was used in that new position in Ghana’s match against Ivory Coast on Sunday. His outstanding performance in the match against Ivory Coast made coach Karim Zito to put another trust in the tough tackling defender by handing him a place in his starting team which he would never regret doing.
