Transfer: Mubarak Wakaso joins Chinese side Shenzhen FC on a four year contract
Black Stars Midfielder Mubarak Wakaso has signed a four year contract with chinese side Shenzhen FC as a free agent.
The former Jiangsu Suning Midfielder has not played actively for about six months now due to the collapse of Jiangsu Suning football club as a result of financial difficulties encountered during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The midfielder was linked with a move to Kumasi Asante Kotoko which sparked some controversies.
Now everything will be over as the combative midfielder will be moving to another chinese heavyweights with a reported yearly earning of 2 million dollars, which will be his biggest pay cheque ever.
He grabs a juicy offer – far more better than the 1.5 million dollars a year he was supposed to have earned at Jiangsu Suning, which will be a blessing in disguise.
The combative midfielder, has made 45 appearances for Ghana with 10 goals.
