Tamale Metro Football Association: U-10 players registered.
The Technical Team of the Tamale Metro Football Association on Saturday, 3rd October, 2020 registered U-10 players for the various clubs in their jurisdiction for the next grassroot competitions. The registration was in two sessions ; Facial screening and weighing.
The screening was done by the Metro Technical Team led by the Chairman, Mr Abdulai Danjuma, Head Coach of Yendi Gbewaa Fc together with other technical team members such as Mohammed Bashiru Joba, Assistant Coach of Tamale City and founder of Soccer Missionaries, Alhassan Osman Rashid, Developmental Coach (Tamale Metro) and Abdulai Aziz, Head Coach of Young Goldfields. After the screening, the qualified players were taken through weighing before the paper work was done.
About 700 players were registered representing 24 clubs. Coaches and clubs administrators were in attendance to support the technical team do the registration.
The registration of the juvenile players ; U-13, U-15 and U-17 is expected to take place next week by the Juvenile Committee of the Northern Regional Football Association.
