Swiss giants FC Basel plan to sign Issahaku Abdul Fatawu

The Swiss club has offered to pay $1m for the services of Abdul Fataw Issahaku, the rising star after his exploits in the AFCON U-20 Championship in Mauritania has caught the eyes of many clubs in Europe.

 

Information reaching sportsmrnews.com indicates that the club in its proposal is ready to do initial payment of $500,000 and the balance of $500,000 when the Steadfast player attains 18years.

The reports says Basel is ready to offer up to $15000 monthly salary to the 17year old Ghanaian player and double it to $30,000 when the player attains 18years.

 

Fatawu was adjuged the Overall best player of the tournament for his performance, he scored two goals and provided one assist which helped Ghana to win the trophy for fourth time in history.

 

He has also been given a call up to the Black Stars for their Afcon qualifiers double header against South Africa and Sao Tome.
