SUMANI BASHIRUDEEN GETS NATIONAL FEMALE U-15 APPOINTMENT

Northern Ladies coach Sumani Bashirudeen has been appointed as the Equipment Officer of the National U-15 female team.

Sumani Bashirudeen, a CAF License C holder, is a developmental coach who has produced several key players for the female national teams. Notable among them are Mukarama Abdulai and Alhassan Rafia, both currently schooling in USA . Others are Jafar Rahama, Seidu Faiza, Akaheeh Doris and Issahaku Barikisu are all players groomed by Coach Bashirudeen who represented Ghana at all levels.

There are other players such as Korankye Gladys, Amoako Dorothy and Akwaboah Beatrice that the developmental coach brought into Northern Ladies from Division 1 clubs whom he has already developed to meet premier league standards and are doing well in the women’s Premier League, winning NASCO MVP week in week out.

Sumani Bashirudeen is expected to add his Technical know-how in grooming young players to the Technical Team to develop the U-15 team.

His club, Northern Ladies Fc is currently playing in the Women’s Premier League in the Northern zone.

Meanwhile, Supreme Ladies Head Coach, Joyce Boatey-Agyei continue her job as coach of the national female U-15 team.
