Savannah Region : Two Former Students of Dass Donate Sports Equipment to Regional Education Directorate

Two Old Students of Damongo Senior High School, Alhaji Osman of 1977 batch and Alhaji Karim Francis Odartey of 1991 batch have donated sporting equipment to the Savannah Regional Education Directorate following an appeal by the Regional PE Coordinator

 

The new region has been in dare need of sports equipment
after it was separated from the Northern Region

 

 

The duo mobilized and donated seven (7) footballs, a volleyball and two (2) fox 40 whistles to the directorate as their windows mite to improving sports in the region

Receiving the items, the Savannah Regional Education Director, Hajia Katumi Natogmah Attah was full of praise for the two and called for more support from other individuals and organizations.

 

 

On his part the Regional PE Coordinator, Mr.Amadu Mark Iddrisu expressed his delight about the donation and just like the Director, he pleaded for more support from cooperate bodies and organizations

He hinted of a yet to be made follow up to certain prominent personalities in the region after a similar appeal was made to them
