S/R: Damongo Volleyball Club Hosts Tamale Eagles in a Return Encounter on Saturday
Damongo Volleyball Club, the Magic Fingers will host their Tamale counterparts, the Eagles on Saturday 3rd October, 2020, in a return friendly encounter at the Damongo town Volleyball Court
The game will be an opportunity for the Fingers to redeem themselves after they lose 3-2 to the Eagles a fortnight ago in Tamale
Speaking ahead of the game, coach of the Damongo team Mr Iddrisu Umar Joshua said his men were poised for action and says the time for revenge is now and that time will definitely tell
Two matches will be played on the day as the female team of the Magic Fingers will be locking horns with the lady Eagles of Tamale
The last time the two sides met the Eagle ladies beat the Fingers ladies by 3-1
Tamale Eagles is a Volleyball club based in ‘Russia Bungalow’ a suburb of Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana which uses the Youth Home Volleyball Court as its training ground
Players to watch for from the Damongo team when the two sides meet will be Aziz Oscar,
Osman Firdaus, Alhassan Abdul Rauf, and Karim Abdul Haku
The ladies match is expected to start at 2:00pm prompt before the men game
