READ: Kasalgu Arrow Heads Duo, Agyemontor Jonas and Dele Faisal Zakhir at Black Satellites Camp.

Northern Region Division Two side, Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc have two of their players invited to Black Satellites camp for screaming. The duo are central defender, Agyemontor Jonas and attacker, Dele Faisal Zakhir popular known as ‘Star Boy’. The two players have been outstanding for Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc in the Division Two League for the past three consecutive seasons. The teenagers have proved to be fans favorite in the Northern Regional Division Two League.

 

 

The central defender, Jonas Agyemontor has been instrumental in the heart of defense for the Arrows. He is very solid playing at the center back position, very good on One V One situations and his hight and strength too make him superb in dealing with aerial balls. He is a defender who loves scoring from corner kicks well delivered by his team mates and also, scoring from set pieces close to opponents goal area due to his accuracy and power in delivering shots. No surprise that the technical team of the Black Satellites have been hinted about the young giant and skilful defender.

Dele Faisal Zakhir

Dele Faisal Zakhir, a 17 year old attacker has also been fantastic for the Kasalgu based Division Two side and scoring more goals. He has been the club’s top scorer for the past seasons. He is been consistent in scoring goals. The young attacker is comfortable playing in all the attacking positions on the pitch. He is a good dribbler, very pacy and above all, accuracy in shooting on target. Dele Faisal, when given the opportunity could be a great asset for the various national teams in Ghana.

 

 

The duo plus few other players such as Ziblim Firdaus, Pius Adua, Abdul-Rahaman Yussif, Edo Emmanuel (GK) are the results of the youth development project in football by Dr. Michael Ayamga, a senior lecturer at the University of Development Studies (UDS). Kasalgu Arrow Heads is seen as home of talent annexation and growth in Northern. The CEO of the club, Dr. Michael Ayamga has always insisted that the youth must be developed to become future prospects for their families and Ghana at large and has always invest more into the club.
