Pre-Season Tournament: Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc to Participate in a Mini Tournament in Bolga, Upper East Region.

Tamale based Division Two Club, Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc will leave the shores of Northern Region on Thursday, 4th November, 2021 to participate in a mini tournament dabbed ABMZ SOCCER FIESTA in the capital town of Upper East Region, Bolgatanga. The CEO of the club, Dr. Michael Ayamga confirmed the news to a reporter of sportsmrnews.com, Mr Abdul-Mumin Mumuni.

According to the source, four clubs are to participate in the Tournament, namely: Bolga Fc, Zorkor United, Soccer Masters and Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc. The three days tournament will start on Thursday, 4th November, 2021 and end on Saturday, 6th November, 2021 at the Mobile Astro Turf in Bolgatanga.

Fixtures of the Tournament

This particular competition forms part of Kasalgu Arrow Heads preparations towards the 2022 Northern Regional Division Two League. Though the club was impressive in the last edition of the Northern Regional Division Two League, beating the season’s league winners, Dreams Fc on two occasions, they could not go beyond the group stages. Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc will not want to see the repeat of last season, hence the need to start serious preparations ahead of the new season.

Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc was founded in 2018 by a Senior Lecturer at the University for Development Studies (UDS), Nyankpala Campus, Dr. Michael Ayamga. The club is seen to be the fastest developing male football club in Tamale as a result of the seriousness of the owner and CEO, Dr. Ayamga. The CEO being a learned and football person could account to the fast growth of the club.

Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc

Kasalgu Arrow Heads can boast of quality players with premier league and youth national teams standards. Players such as Jonas Agyemontor (CB), Sadir Bazie Danjumah (CM), Faisal Zakhi Dele a.k.a Starboy (Attacker), Ziblim Firdaus (Attacker) and newly signed King Kpodogia from BA are the players to watch in the tournament. The Technical Team of newly promoted Division One League Club, Bolga All Stars and other top clubs must watch the tournament.

Dr. Michael Ayamga is poised to groom and create opportunities for young footballers within the enclave of the north to excel in football. He has established juvenile league clubs (U10, U13 and U15) in addition to the second division team. His strong passion for football and ability to support the game have seen many football enthusiasts in the region and beyond tip him to make it big in the game of football.
