NYANGE FUTURE STARS FC CROWNED CHAMPIONS OF SAWLA-TUNA-KALBA DISTRICT JUVENILE U-15 LEAGUE
The Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District U-15 juvenile middle league came to an end on Saturday, September 18, 2021 in Kalba. The qualified teams wete from Sawla and Tuna Zone who battled things out in an all-play-all encounter.
Nyange Future Stars FC, Young Starlets FC, Gindabo Young Stars and Tuna Redbulls participated in the middle league. Nyange Future Stars FC were undeaten in the league to top the table. They were crowned champions of the District U-15 league on Saturday.
In a ceremony to officially crown them Champions, the District Football Association Chairman, Mr. Alhassan Abdul Rahman hailed all teams that have participated in the league and urge the players to keep training seriously since the secret of every football star is training.
Mr Rahaman again urge the players to take their education seriously since the school is the means that qualifies you to be registered as a juvenile player for clubs.
Mr. Charles Kipo, the Vice Chairman of the district FA also encouraged players to be discipline and work hard to become great stars of the District. He thanked the host community Kalba for their kind courtesies.
Awards were also presented to deserving clubs, players and officials to motivate them to do more. The District Football Association is yet to schedule day for the U-17 category of the Juvenile league.
