NE/R: WEST MAMPRUSI MUNICIPAL FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION INAUGURATED
The West Mamprusi Municipal Football Association was duly inaugurated on Sunday 25th October, 2020 under the Theme, “Improving Both Juvenile and Divisional Football is the Hallmark”
The Northern Regional Football Association Chairman, Alhaji Abu Hassan Ryzo led the regional team for the inauguration.
Addressing the gathering, the MFA Chairman Mr Issah Mutala appealed to stakeholders, politicians and opinion leaders to support football development in the municipality.
He also reiterated the role of the MFA which is to organize and supervise both Juvenile and Divisional three leagues.
The Regional FA Chairman, Alhaji Ryzo appealed to the media to help promote football in the District.
The MCE Hon. Arimeyaw Somo Lucky commended the NRFA Chairman and also urged him to put in his best to ensure West Mamprusi Municipality get at least Division one team.
Present at the inauguration are the Municipal Chief Executive Hon. Arimeyaw Somo, the Board Member of GFA Hon. Seth Buyoyo, NPP Constituency Chairman Hon. Pantaki among others.
The Municipal Football Association Executive Council was sworn into office by NRFA Chairman. Below are the list of the Executive Council members for the MFA:
