In anticipation of the MTN FA Cup round of 64 clash against Aware Stars FC, RTU’s Head Coach, Abdulai Abdul Mumin, is sounding a cautionary note to his players.

The crucial encounter, set to unfold on Thursday night, will take place on the Astro Turf at Kurt Tech Park in Bolgatanga, the Upper East regional capital.

Recognizing the unique playing surface, Coach Abdulai Abdul Mumin is preemptively urging his players to exercise caution in selecting their football boots for the game.

Addressing the team through the RTU player’s WhatsApp platform, Coach Mumin emphasized the significance of adapting footwear to the Astro Turf conditions, stating, “Good morning to all members. The match is going to be played on an astro turf, so check the boots that you are going to use to suit the turf.”
