Meet Seidu Faiza, a Converted Player, Defender-Attacker with Seven (7) goals in 10 matches
The Head Coach of Northern Ladies Fc, Sumani Bashirudeen converted the defender, Seidu Faiza to a striker for the 2022/2023 Malta Guinness Premier League season as a result of difficulty in getting an arrow head striker. His club, Northern Ladies Fc suffered a lot from lack of a clinical striker since their talisman, Abdulai Mukarama left the club.
The team struggled in terms of goals. Their attempt to get a clinical finisher proved futile severally. The Center back, Seidu Faiza has proven to be a perfect striker after displaying some basic principles of striking.
Seidu Faiza, a very though defender scored seven (7) goals, provided four (4) assists and won two (2) MVP awards in ten (10) matches after she was converted to a striker.
The young player scored her first hatrick against city rivals, PearlPia Ladies and won the MVP of the match on match day 8. She again scored against Ampem Dakwa Ladies on Match Day 9.
Seidu Faiza scored 3 goals in two matches in the Women’s FA Cup and She has 10 goals in 12 matches in all competitions.
Fans and supporters of Northern Ladies FC believe that they have found solution to their woes when it comes goal scoring problem. According to them, Faiza Seidu is the the solution.
