Malta Guinness WPL: Tamale Super Ladies to Play their remaining home matches behind closed doors
Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League side Tamale Super Ladies have been fine an amount of GHC1000.00 by the FA and will play their remaining home matches behind closed doors.
Tamale Super Ladies were charged for breaching Article 16(1(C) of the Ghana Football Association Disciplinary Code.
The charges indicate that, after Tamale Super Ladies match against PearlPia Ladies at the Aliu Mahama Stadium, supporters of Tamale Super Ladies were seen throwing sachet water and empty bottles at the match officials and also removed stadium seats and threatened to throw them.
In their defense, Tamale Super Ladies pleaded guilty and pleaded for mitigation.

This ruling means, Tamale Super Ladies matches against Candy Ladies and Supreme Ladies at the Aliu Mahama Stadium will be played without fans.
