As Henry Ford puts it “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young”
No one will have believe it that a whole FA Chairman will join a license “D” coaching course, but as the saying goes “Success is not just what you accomplish in your life, it is about what you inspire
others to do”.

The Northern Regional Football Association Chairman is a born leader, who inspires others to work hard and take on responsibilities which many will see as being odd.

Since his election into office for almost two years ago, he has been in constant contact with club administrator’s both in the Metropolis and the districts, just to find a way of improving grass root football in the region.

This coaching course is something that many people took lightly, but just to show them how important it is, the chairman himself has taken part in the course and his responses to the training has been positive.

He trains and mingle with his colleagues as if he is that ordinary, he was surely the right person for the job taking into consideration his influence so far.

He has been a trusted man for the GFA president Kurt Okraku, he was appointed to be part of the delegation that led the Black Satellites to Mauritania to win the Afcon Championship.

Don’t really know if he wants to take part in active coaching, whatever the reasons may be he has demonstrated without doubt his great leadership qualities.
He is an example for the upcoming sports administrator’s and even other leaders outside of sports.
