Abdulai Salamatu, 18 has joined Malta top flight side, Swieqi United Fc from Bagabaga Ladies Fc. The highly-rated striker completed the move in January, 2022 and has now touched down in Malta to start life with the new club.
The skilful and pacy striker is expected to continue her fine form by scoring more goals and perhaps win goal Queen awards in the Women’s League of the Republic of Malta.
Abdulai Salamatu has represented Ghana at all international levels, thus Ghana Women’s U-17, U-20 and the senior women’s national team, the Black Queens. The young Prodigy is seen as a future great player and the opportunity to play in the Republic of Malta in Europe could be a brighter start for her club football in Europe.
Speaking with her, Abdulai Salamatu expressed her delight to be presented with the opportunity to play football in Europe and would not hesitate to make good use of the opportunity.
