Kalpohini Football Club appoint Zakaria Abdul-Basit as Public Relations Officer (PRO) in charge of Division Three.

Zakaria Abdul-Basit, popularly known as Batistuta has been appointed as the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Kalpohini Football Club in charge of Division Three. Zakaria Abdul Basit was born in Tamale and had both his Basic Education (Our Lady of Fatima) and Secondary Education (Nobisco) in Tamale here. However, he had his tertiary education in Sunyani. He has also played football to some level, playing for school teams and some clubs.

The passion of Zakaria Abdul Basit for football has made him become a very good sports communicator and could have a lot to offer Kalpohini football club especially the Division three.

Kalpohini Football Club is one of the finest football clubs in Northern Region and has produced several players for football academies and bigger clubs, both in Ghana and abroad.

It is the hope of the management of the club that the newly appointed public relations officer will help brand the club to meet international standards.
