Juvenile Football : Former Player of Kalpohini All Stars Makes a Donation to the Club’s U-17 Team Ahead of the New Juvenile Football Season.
Juvenile football is set to return this coming weekend after the long break as a result of COVID-19 pandemic. All juvenile clubs are ready for the new season. Kalpohini All Stars is not exception.
As part of the efforts to ensure that Kalpohini All Stars do well in the season, the former player, Abdulai Nurudeen donated a set of jersey to the U-17 team of the club. The former player played for the club some years back but is now a professional Teacher in the Ghana Education Service. Mr Nurudeen is one of the few former players with great passion and love for Kalpohini All Stars and is always ready to support the development of the club in diverse ways.
Information reaching sportsmrnews.com indicates that the donation was done on Monday, 10th May, 2021 at the club’s training grounds, Kalpohini Anglican JHS Park. The jersey was received by one of the coaches of the club, Coach Mohammed Sulemana. The coach expressed his delight to receive such a support from his former player on behalf of Kalpohini All Stars. He thanked Mr Nurudeen Abdulai for the kind gesture and called on the other former players to follow the footsteps of Mr Nurudeen by doing same or even more.
Kalpohini All Stars will be participating in the upcoming juvenile league in the Sagnarigu Municipality. The club will be represented at all levels such as U-13, U-15 and U-17 in the 2021 juvenile league season.
