JUST IN : The CEO of Northern Ladies Fc, Dr. Iddi Yahaya Presents kits to the Club Ahead of the Start of the Second Round.
The CEO of Northern Ladies Fc, Dr. Iddrisu Yahaya, popularly known as Dr Iddi presented kit wears to the playing body of the club on Tuesday, 6th April, 2021 at the club’s training grounds, Aliu Mahama Stadium Annex 2. The kits included, Traveling Wears, Warm-Up T-shirts and Camp Wears.
All the kit wears have the club’s logo and the logo of the club’s headline sponsors, Puzuri Group of Companies on them.
The CEO after his appointment last month assured the players that he would motivate them in diverse ways so they can do well to bring positive results to the Club.
Speaking on behalf of the CEO after the items were delivered was his right hand man, Abubakari Yussif Van Der Sar who mentioned that the CEO is ready to do everything possible for the development of the club. He added that there would be winning bonuses for players when the second round of the season begins.
The captain of Northern Ladies Fc, Doris Akaheeh Afafa on behalf of her colleagues thanked the CEO for providing them with the kit wears and assured him that they shall reward him with wins when the Women’s Premier League resumes.
The head coach of the club, Sumani Basiru-Deen also expressed his delight for such a wonderful gesture, stating that it will motivate his players to give out their best, both on training grounds and on Match Days.
The second round of the league will start on 9th April, 2021. Northern Ladies Fc shall welcome Kumasi based Ashtown ladies to Aliu Mahama Stadium on Match Day 1 of the Second Round. The first round match between the two sides ended 3-1 in favour of Northern Ladies Fc in Kumasi.
