Division One Zone One top scorer Alhassan Siisu and Steadfast FC top assists Issahaku Abdul Fatawu have both been included in this year’s DOL best of season shortlist.
Ghana wonder kid, Issahaku Abdul Fatawu scored 12 goals and provided 12 assists after playing just 14 matches this season for Steadfast FC with 8 MVP award. This was due to his involvement in national assignment.
Teammate Alhassan Siisu won the Golden Boot award with 16 goals and provided 6 assists. He won 4 MVP Awards after playing 27 matches. Siisu is among the players invited into the Black Star team B.
With the 2020-21 season now over, the time has come for the top individual awards in the second tier league to be dished out to the players that have shown the brightest over the past 6 months.
The 6 players up for Ghana second-tier football’s top individual award have been revealed with Bibiani GOLD STARS FC and Steadfast FC Tamale dominating the list.
