Steadfast FC attacker, Abubakar Abdul Shakun has officially join betPawa Premier League side, Accra Lions on a 3-year deal.

Abubakar Abdul Shakun before joining Accra Lions was pivotal for Steadfast FC during their season in the 2022-2023 Division One League .

The young talented attacker was the lead scorer for Steadfast FC with 7 goals with six assists last season. He also won 3 Most Valuable Player awards.

Abubakar Abdul Shakun has been handed his favorite jersey number 7, the jersey he wore for Steadfast FC during the 2022/2023 Season.

The deal was completed on Wednesday, 2nd August, 2023 in Accra. The skilful and pacy striker, Abdul-Shakun is expected to join the rest of his team mates at the new club for preseason activities any moment from now.
