Jafar Rahama today was unstoppable and too difficult for Fabulous Ladies to handle as Northern Ladies thumped them 6-0 to deepened their woes in the Women Premier League as they have been struggling all season.

The winger best known for her dribbling skills and pace put up a five star performance against Fabulous Ladies with four goals to her name.

The Black Princesses winger opened the scoring on the 16th minute to increase her tally for the season to five.

She then wow the home fans with an additional three goals in a space of six minutes. She scored on the 73min, 77min to make it a hat trick before adding another goal two minutes later to make it four for herself.

Her pace has seen many likened her to CR7 and others call her Messi for her dribbling skills. Today’s four goals has taken her tally for the season to eight goals.

New signing Abigael Amor also registered her name to the score sheet on the 54th minute before Yakubu Adamu then also made her mark on the 60th minute. Adamu’s goal today is her first goal since joining Northern Ladies.

Since Abdulai Mukarama left to the United States, it has not been easy for Coach Sumani Bashiru-Deen’s team, with 11 points from 10 matches played, they still have an outstanding issue with Pearlpia Ladies with their derby game last weekend which ended abruptly.

It was believed that Jafar Rahama will carry Northern Ladies on her shoulders in this seasons league, but she has struggled to carry the heavy responsibility placed on her.

It has been far from their best, but with Rahama’s performance in today’s game, it will now give fans and spectators hope that she is ready for battle in Mukarama’s absence.

The performance today is just a tip of an iceberg, as Coach Sumani Bashiru-Deen hope to prove why he was given the U-15 Female National Team to handle.
