Good News: Tamale City’s sensational goal-poacher Mohammed Yahaya earns Black Satellites call-up

Yahaya Mohammed of Tamale City earned a deservedly call up to the Black Satellites team (Ghana U-20 National Team) for next months WAFU Zone B tournament in Niger.
The 17 year old has been in scintillating form since the start of the season, playing 21 times, scoring 16 goals and provided 4 assist for Coach Hamza Mohammed’s Tamale City. He is currently the leading goal scorer in Zone 1 and his goals has powered his side to the top of the Zone One League Table with 49 points.
The Black Satellites won the WAFU Zone B tournament and the AFCON Nations tournament last year, and will received a fierst battle from arch rivals Nigeria and Burkina Faso in group B.
Coach Abdul Karim Zito will be counting on the inform attacker in his quest to defending the coveted title.
The tournament will be held in Niamey, Niger , starting from Saturday, May 7 to Friday , May 20, 2022.
It will also serve as a Qualifier for the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations.
