DOL : YOUNG APOSTLES FC CONFIRMS MOHAMMED TAHIRU AS NEW HEAD COACH OF THE CLUB.
Young Apostles Fc, a Sunyani based Division One Club in Zone One has confirmed Mohammed Tahiru popularly known as Coach Babamu as the new head coach of the club. Coach Babamu is a 29 year old professional football coach. He was an assistant coach of Tanga fc in Zone One of the 2015/2016 Division One League Season.
The young coach is one of the assistant coaches of University of mines and Technology Tarkwa (UMaT). He was invited into the University ahead of All University Games in 2019 which was hosted by University of Cape Coast.
Before his appointment as head of Young Apostles Fc, Coach Babamu was the assistant coach of Swedru All Blacks United until the end of the first round of the 2020/2021 Division One Season.
The young brilliant coach is one of the coaches that hailed from Bolga and started it all at the capital town of the Upper East Region.
Coach Mohammed Tahiru has a big task ahead of him as the Zone One of Division One League becomes hotter. Young Apostles Fc will travel to Nkoranza to take on Nkoranza Worriors on Sunday, 18th April, 2021 at the Nkoranza Children’s Park as the league enters Match Day 16.
