Division One Report: Steadfast fc Suspends Training on Friday due to General Elections
Tamale division one side Steadfast fc will from Friday 4th December 2020 suspend training to allow players travel back to their home towns for the general elections.
Ghana Football Association in consultation with the various stakeholders postponed the division one league to 8th January 2020 to give way for the general election.
The players are expected to return to training on Monday 14th December 2020 to continue preparations for the upcoming league.
In a statement signed by the Media Officer of the club, indicates that the break will help the players relax after a long continues training session.
The management and technical team wish the entire country a peaceful and a successful general elections. The statement also prays for traveling mercies for all those who will be traveling.
The Head Coach, Mohammed Gargo wish the players well.
Steadfast fc have so far played ten (10) friendly matches, winning 9, losing 1 and scoring 36 goals while conceding 8.
