Women’s Football: CEO of Tamale Super Ladies FC, Jamal Abu Mohammed Equips the Club with Football Equipment and Materials
The Chief Executive Officer of Women’s Division One Side, Tamale Super Ladies Ladies FC, Jamal Abu Mohammed presented some football equipment and materials to the club to enhance their activities as a club.
The items included fifteen (15) footballs, two sets of bibs, two sets of hurdles and a ladder. The presentation was done on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the team’s training grounds.
The gesture is to enable the team prepare adequately for the December Unity Cup and the MTN FA CUP.
The items were received by the Head Coach of the club, Haruna Najimudeen on behalf of the technical team and the playing body.
Tamale Super Ladies Fc was the 3rd best team in the 2021 Northern Regional Women’s Division One League and currently preparing for the Periodic Unity Games and the National MTN FA CUP.
Tamale Super Ladies FC are the current champions of the Unity Cup after beating Premier League club, Northern Ladies in the finals in Kumbungu to win the December, 2019 edition of the competition. Last year’s edition could not come off as a result of COVID-19 pandemic.
The December, 2021 edition of the Unity Cup starts on Monday, 20th December, 2021 in Savelugu.
