BREAKING: PSG part ways with Manager Thomas Tuchel
PSG part ways with the German manager Thomas Tuchel which came hours after the French champions smashed four goals past Racing Strasbourg, which saw them close the gap to Ligue 1 leaders Lyon.
Tuchel took over as Manager in June 2018, winning two league titles, the French Cup and French League Cup.
He also leard the team to Champions League final for the first time and losing 1-0 to Bayern Munich.
PSG are currently third in Ligue 1, a point behind leaders Lyon, while they are also through to the last 16 of the Champions League, where they will face Barcelona.
Former Borussia Dortmund coach Tuchel’s contract was set to expire at the end of this season.
He replaced Spaniard Unai Emery, agreeing a one-year extension in May 2019.
Former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has been heavily linked to the PSG job.
