Breaking News: Mr Mustapha Abdul Razak Steps Down as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bagabaga Ladies FC
Mr Mustapha Abdul Razak has Stepped down as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bagabaga Ladies FC with immediate effect. His decision to resign according to the letter, has to do with player transfer business in the ongoing transfer window.
According to information gathered by sportsmrnews.com, about nine of the players that took part in the Northern Regional Women’s Division One League few weeks ago have been transferred to Premiership clubs such as Northern Ladies FC, Pealpia Ladies and some other clubs in the southern sector. Notable among those players are national teams regulars, Abdulai Salamatu Nte, Ziblim Farhana and Yahaya Asana. Others include Yushaw Fuseina and Bameye Patience.
Mr Abdul Razak confirmed this news on Tuesday when sportsmrnews.com contacted him. He stated that, he still stand by the decision to resign.
According to him, he is unhappy with how the transfer deals were made. He believes that such deals would make it very difficult for him as Deputy CEO of the club to achieve the set objectives of the club ie to gain promotion to the Women’s Premier League for 2022/2023 season.
