Brazilian attacker Fabio Gama dos Santos scored his second goal for Asante Kotoko in their Ghana Premier League meeting with Bechem United, the game is currently ongoing at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi.

As it currently stands, the Porcupine Warriors have moved to third on the league standings, one place above archrivals Hearts of Oak.

The new Kotoko coach Mariano Barreto was unable to lead the team from the bench against Eleven Wonders last weekend due to a delay in the processing of his work permit. But today has been granted the permit to stand on the touchline.

Black Stars defender Abdul Ganiyu opened the scoring in the 23 minutes to give Barreto men the lead, before Gama double their lead in the 43 minute to give them a commanding control of the game before half time.

That goal was the Brazilians second for the Porcupine worriors since his signing, Gama has been at his best, making fine moves and his passes are just admiring.

Should Kotoko win the match, they will be occupying third place with 31 points trailing leaders Great Olympics by just two points.

The game is sure to go on the way of the Porcupines as they dominate possession throughout the first department of the game.
