Bagabaga Ladies FC C.E.O Mohammed Andani Awii send congratulatory Message to Real Tamale United
C.E.O of Bagabaga Ladies FC Mohammed Andani Awii has on behalf of the management board, technical team, players and supporters sent a congratulatory message to Real Tamale United for their hard fought qualification back to the Ghana Premier League.
The pride of the north as they are affectionately called were relegated from the Ghanaian topflight back in 2013 after playing 29 matches without winning a single match.
Two first half goals from former Yendi Gbewaa forward Yakubu Labandow Computer earned them a hard fought victory over relegation battlers Unity FC.
The results at the Berekum Golden City Park sealed them the qualification after Berekum Arsenals drew 0-0 with Bofoakwa Tano.
Mohammed Andani Awii who is a known supporter of Real Tamale United could not hide his feelings for the feat reached by RTU, and has therefore sent out his congratulatory message to RTU on his teams behalf.
Speaking with sportsmrnews.com, Mr. Andani Awii said “I don’t know how I feel now, all thanks and glory is to Allah for once again coming to the aid of RTU”
“Officially I will on behalf of the entire management board of Bagabaga Ladies, the technical team, players and supports congratulate RTU for qualifying to the Premiership after 8 years of absence”
