Agyemonto Jonas, 16, the fantastic Center Back was adjudged the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match between Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc and Tamale Sunrise Fc on Wednesday at Nida’ul Islam Primary School Park, Kasalgu in the Sagnarigu Municipality. Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc beat Tamale Sunrise Fc by 3 goals to nil, goals scored by Abdul Haqq Ibn Tauhir, Abdul Sadir Musah and Iliasu Alhassan.
Agyemonto Jonas is a highly rated center back with great qualities of a defender. The young giant player is very good in dealing with aerial balls. As for stopping attackers on One on One situation, he is second to none. Jonas is also a type of defender who hardly loses concentration. Kasalgu Arrow Heads Fc will travel to Kumbungu on Saturday, 26th March, 2022 to take on Kumbungu based Salim Stars Fc on Match Day 8 of the ongoing Northern Regional Division Two League. They will return to their home ground to face Savelugu Yoo Fc in a midweek action on Thursday, 31st March, 2022 to complete the first round matches of the group stages.
